Room has good disign, clean and cheap
I had problem with check-in - wait about 1 hour before girl come, but it was my mistake (I didn"t call contact to hotel about arriving time), and second problem - I booked studio room (225 euro ) but we have to live in another room (another price 180 euro)

It is a very pleasant guest house. We were offered a studio which included a big terrace, spacious kitchen and bedroom, and a bathroom. The studio was not luxurious however it was clean and offered a homey atmosphere. Kitchen appliances, utensils and snacks were available. Cleaning was daily. We were only two, however the studio is perfectly fit for a family of three. Staff was extremely easy going and cooperative. I experienced some troubles with my very early-morning travel to the airport but thanks to the help of the ladies from the staff I managed to get to the airport on time.

Location is good, just next to vatican walls and vatican museums.
Thing I did not like is extra charge for late check in, due to late arrival of my flight I had to pay extra charge of 30 euros becuse I came to hotel around midnight

Vatican Garden House is a typical b&b incl. Breakfast. The room was quite spacy and the bathroom O.K. The shower curtain should be renewed but otherwise quite modern. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The b&b has a nice garden at the back of the house and when the renovations have been finished, it will be a nice place to relax after a tiring sight- seeing day
Breakfast was included but this is only for people who drink coffee (made from capsules) and who have a sweet tooth..typical italien breakfast ! Renovations were unfortunately taking place during my visit, and the room was towards the busy road which obviously caused alot of noise. However the room had modern air-conditioning so the windows could be kept closed during the night ( V.good with temp. Of 30* outside !)

Modern, clean, comfortable room and good bed for couple, cofee-mashine available, good wi-fi signal Good TV-set. Careful, attentive staff.
Location near Vatican-wall not good because of traffic on road and view from wondows. One day (October!) didn't work radiator and was cold in room.
